About Coach Niko

I began teaching specifically football, by playing. I trained and developed myself, watching every single football game that I could. Witnessing 20 year old kids in college go to the NFL every year and later become legends. At a young age I fell in love with that vision for myself. The game was natural to me! Of course, I always had room for improvement. I saw most of what flaws I noticed, being true to myself, I worked hard on my flaws, inspired by Kobe, I turned my weaknesses into my strengths. I watched Youtube Videos, on Youtube videos, asking my parents for cones, ladders, weight vests and parachutes.. But, not a trainer. I know that I barely fell short of my vision due to that lack of commited guidance and 1 on 1 training on the game...The length that I reached in my vision was all due to God’s guidance. Our goal at HR^2 AKA (High Risk High Reward) Sport Performance is to take the pressure off parents in being the ultimate sports coach, and life coach. Because our goal for all of our young clients, is to receive Full-Ride scholarships extending their education, using their God-Given-Talent.
